Stop off at Ship Cove to stretch your legs while enjoying the historic Ship Cove scenic reserve and immerse yourself in the history of Captain Cooks era. The return cruise allows you the time to reflect on your adventure with us before completing your journey back to Endeavour Inlet.
Explore the underwater world of our Coastal Gem, Long Island Kokomohua Marine Reserve.
Snorkel around the home of our many local species of fish, crayfish and other marine life. See beautiful blue cod and crayfish in their natural environment. Wet suits and snorkel gear provided. For those not so keen on getting wet, we have on board Bathyscopes for viewing marine life from the boat.
Ship Cove Scenic Reserve and Queen Charlotte Track (unguided)
Cruise from Endeavour Inlet to Ship Cove, absorb the raw beauty of this historic area, immerse yourself in the history of Captain Cooks era and then walk back to your accommodation at Endeavour Inlet via the majestic and renown Queen Charlotte Track.
Four-five hour unguided walk and explore.
Bluemine Island Scenic Reserve (unguided)
Visit and explore our newest wildlife scenic reserve. Where during world war II, two gun emplacements and an army barracks for up to 22 men were constructed. The wildlife calling Bluemine Island home includes orange fronted parakeet, saddleback, weka and the NZ Kauri Giant land snail (pupurangi).
