There is always risks and dangers in any outdoor activity.
CA and TG Nicholas trading as Uncharted Wilderness Tours take all practicable steps to identify and minimise potential risks and dangers. However all participants must follow the instructions of our skippers and guides and use any safety equipment provided, at all times.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are fit and equipped for the activity you have booked. We reserve the right to withdraw any person who in our opinion is likely to endanger themselves or others.
Uncharted Wilderness Tours also reserves the right to cancel any products or services booked if it feels that they cannot be undertaken safely e.g. bad weather conditions.
Warning: Under New Zealand law it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to sue anyone if you are injured. In addition, New Zealand’s accident compensation scheme provides only limited assistance to visitors to New Zealand who are injured. We strongly recommend that all visitors to New Zealand have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including medical treatment cover, before undertaking this activity.
Exclusions: To the extent by law, all liability for damage to your property, disruption to travel plans or mental injury is excluded. This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Cancellation Policy and Payment terms
Uncharted Wilderness Tours reserves the right to cancel any products or services booked if it feels that they cannot be undertaken safely. In the event of this a refund would be applied.
Booking and purchasing any products and services provided by CA and TG Nicholas trading as Uncharted Wilderness Tours assumes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
